What it is	Physics is the study of how matter, energy, and forces work at every scale, from atoms to galaxies. At Ontario Tech, you can do the standard Bachelor of Science in Physics, or combine it with a Business and Management degree if you want to develop skills in both areas. The program includes co-op work terms, letting you apply physics in real jobs alongside your studies. It suits people who want a strong grounding in physics theory and problem-solving, whether or not they're considering business or management later on.	Biochemistry is the study of chemical processes inside living cells and organisms, combining chemistry and biology to understand how life works at a molecular level. This co-op program includes work terms where you apply what you are learning in paid jobs with employers, giving you real workplace experience alongside your studies. It suits students who want a science degree with both theory and hands-on professional experience, and who are interested in how molecules, reactions, and life interconnect.	You study the structure and behaviour of atoms, molecules, and reactions: how substances interact, break down, and transform. Unlike a general science degree, this is a focused program in chemistry alone, and includes a mandatory co-op term where you work in a lab or industry setting. It suits students who enjoy hands-on lab work and want practical experience alongside theory before entering chemistry, materials, or pharmaceutical careers.
