What it is	A Bachelor of Arts in Psychology teaches you how people think, behave, and interact with each other. You'll study topics like memory, personality, mental health, and human development through lectures, lab work, and research. This broad arts degree gives you flexibility to combine psychology with other subjects, unlike professional programs that lead directly to licensed practice like clinical psychology.	You study how the human mind works and how the brain produces behaviour, emotion, and thought. This program combines psychology — the study of behaviour and mental processes — with neuroscience, which looks at the brain's biology and chemistry. It suits people curious about why people think and act as they do, and who want to understand the physical basis of the mind.	Educational psychology combines the study of how people learn with the science of human behaviour and thinking. You'll examine theories about memory, motivation, and development, then apply them to real classroom and learning situations. This program suits students interested in understanding why people struggle or succeed in school, and who might pursue teaching, curriculum design, counselling, or educational research.	You earn a Science degree in one of several subjects — Computer Science, Mathematics, Environmental Studies, Psychology, or Biology — while simultaneously completing teacher training to become certified to teach junior and intermediate grades. This direct-entry stream combines both degrees in one program, so you graduate ready to teach right away instead than doing them separately. It suits people certain they want to teach a science subject at the middle or high school level and want to complete both qualifications together.
