Unlike a straight kinesiology degree, this program combines your bachelor's degree with a separate diploma in fitness promotion, giving you both theoretical science knowledge and hands-on certifications suited to personal training and community health roles. It suits people who want a science-based foundation but also want direct, applied skills they can use right after graduation.	You study the science of living systems — cells, organisms, genetics, and disease — with flexible depth depending on which specialization you choose. The co-op option lets you alternate between classroom semesters and paid work terms at research labs, hospitals, or biotech companies, building real experience alongside your degree.
