What it is	Financial Mathematics and Economics is a mathematics-based degree that combines the study of economic systems and financial markets with advanced math and statistics. Unlike a pure economics or pure mathematics program, it trains you to use mathematical models and analysis to solve real-world problems in finance and economics. It suits students who want rigorous quantitative training and are interested in how money, markets, and economies actually work.	Humanities I is your first year of study in the liberal arts, where you explore human culture, language, history, and society through subjects like English, history, drama, and linguistics. You take a range of courses across these fields to discover what interests you before specializing in a particular discipline in later years. This suits students who are curious about how people think, communicate, and organize themselves, but aren't yet certain which humanities subject to focus on.	Queen's Arts offers a broad, self-directed undergraduate degree spanning humanities, social sciences, and languages. You choose your own combination of subjects — from English and economics to classical studies and environmental issues — rather than following a set curriculum. The co-op option lets you alternate study terms with paid work placements in your field of interest, which suits students who want real-world experience alongside their degree and flexibility in how they structure their time.	You study history through any of several regional or cultural lenses — Aboriginal, African, Asian, Classical, Celtic, Chinese, or others — learning how societies developed over time and what shaped their values and conflicts.
