This is a direct path to teacher certification in Ontario, meaning you'll graduate ready to teach high school arts subjects rather than taking education courses after finishing an arts degree. It suits students who know they want to teach humanities subjects and want their degree and teaching qualification combined into one program.	You study science — typically chemistry or physics — while simultaneously training to become a high school science teacher.
