What it is	Social Sciences is the study of how people, societies, and economies work. You choose from nine subject areas including anthropology, economics, history, law, geography, politics, and sociology, and can combine them however you want rather than following one fixed path. This program suits students curious about human behaviour, institutions, and the world around them who want flexibility to explore multiple disciplines before specializing.	Geography is the study of Earth's physical systems — landforms, climate, water — and how humans interact with their environment and each other across space. You'll combine field research, data analysis using mapping technology, and social analysis to understand everything from urban development to environmental change. This program includes a co-op work term, giving you paid workplace experience alongside your studies.	You earn a Bachelor of Arts degree while simultaneously training to become a high school teacher. You study an academic subject like English, history, or mathematics alongside education courses that teach you how to teach those subjects to teenagers. Unlike a regular BA followed by a separate teacher education program, you complete both degrees at the same time in four years, so you enter the classroom faster and with integrated training.
