What it is	You study how to design systems and structures that protect the environment and manage natural resources — combining biology, chemistry, civil engineering, and earth science. Unlike a general engineering program, this one focuses specifically on water treatment, waste management, air quality, and land remediation. It suits students who want to solve real environmental problems with engineering tools and are willing to do mandatory work terms alongside their studies.	In this program, you study an Arts subject — such as English, Economics, Drama, or Environmental Studies — while simultaneously earning your teaching qualification. Unlike a regular BA where you add teacher training after, you complete both degrees together over four years, so you graduate ready to teach your subject in Ontario schools. It suits students who know they want to teach a specific subject and want to combine their subject expertise with education training from the start.	A Bachelor of Arts and Sciences lets you combine study in both humanities and natural sciences within one degree. Unlike most programs that require you to choose either arts or sciences, this one lets you take courses across both — for instance, pairing creative writing with chemistry, or anthropology with animal science. It suits people who are curious across multiple disciplines and want flexibility rather than specializing narrowly from the start.
