What it is	You study how media works — television, film, social media, news, advertising — and how people communicate through it. The international version lets you spend time studying abroad, and you can choose a co-op stream to do paid work placements with media companies alongside your courses. You study the creative and technical craft of making films, from cinematography and camera work to storytelling and visual composition. Unlike a broader media studies program, Image Arts focuses on hands-on production skills and the visual language of cinema rather than theory alone. This suits students who want to create films themselves and are comfortable learning through doing.	This program lets you study how societies, economies, and cultures interact across borders, drawing from fields like history, anthropology, economics, and international development. You'll examine global issues through multiple lenses rather than specializing in one discipline. It suits students curious about world affairs and international problems who want flexibility to explore different approaches before deciding on a deeper focus.	A three-year Bachelor of Arts lets you choose from humanities and social science subjects like history, English, anthropology, geography, and environmental studies.
