What it is	You study the history, meaning, and cultural context of visual art — painting, sculpture, photography, film, and other forms — across different time periods and cultures. Unlike a studio art program where you make art yourself, this is focused on analyzing, writing about, and understanding why artists created what they did. It suits students who are curious about art and culture but prefer research and interpretation to hands-on making.	Industrial engineering focuses on designing and improving production systems, processes, and workflows in factories and other operations. You study how to make manufacturing and business operations more efficient, combining technical problem-solving with management principles. The co-op requirement means you alternate between classroom terms and paid work terms at real companies, giving you direct experience in the field before graduation.
