You learn how the body works during physical activity, nutrition science, and injury prevention. The co-op option lets you earn work experience in fitness facilities, sports medicine, or health organizations while completing your degree, which suits students who want practical experience alongside classroom learning.Kinesiology is the study of how the human body moves and functions during exercise and physical activity. You'll learn anatomy, physiology, and biomechanics alongside sport science to understand muscle, bone, and cardiovascular systems.
