What it is	Kinesiology is the study of human movement, exercise, and sport from biological and physiological angles. You study psychology combined with applied health sciences — how human behaviour, biology, and social factors shape health and illness. Unlike a straight psychology program, this stream emphasizes practical health applications and the ability to work across healthcare and social systems. The co-op option lets you work in healthcare settings, clinics, or community agencies while studying. It suits students interested in both understanding the mind and applying that knowledge to real health problems.	Psychology at Glendon is a BA program where you study human behaviour, mental processes, and how people think and interact.
