Each stream lets you focus on the language itself, its literature, and the history and culture of regions where it's spoken. This suits you if you want genuine fluency in a second language combined with understanding of its cultural context, rather than a broad survey of multiple languages.	Social Sciences I is a first-year entry point where you explore human behaviour, society, and social systems through subjects like economics, sociology, anthropology, politics, and social work. Unlike a specialized program, you sample multiple disciplines before declaring a focus, letting you discover which area — from international development to health policy — matches your interests. It suits students curious about how societies work and drawn to understanding people and social issues from different angles.	Political Science at Glendon is the study of government, power, policy-making, and how societies are organized and governed. You examine these topics through focused lenses like politics in specific regions (Africa, Asia, Europe, the Middle East), international development, law and criminology, or social policy.
