What it is	Political Science at Ontario Tech combines the study of government systems, power, and policy with practical work experience. You'll examine how political institutions function across different countries and explore related areas like law, international development, and social policy. The program includes mandatory co-op work terms, so you alternate between classroom learning and paid positions in government, non-profits, or policy organizations, giving you real-world experience alongside theory.	This program combines environmental science and social justice, exploring how environmental problems affect communities and how policy and activism can address them. You study ecology alongside politics, sociology, and ethics rather than treating environmental issues as purely technical. It suits students who care about the environment but want to understand its human and political dimensions, and the co-op option lets you work in nonprofits, government, or advocacy organizations while you study.
