What it is	Applied Biotechnology uses chemistry and biology to solve real problems in agriculture, food production, and related industries. This program requires you to work on alternating terms of classroom learning and paid work placements, giving you hands-on experience before you graduate. It suits students who want to combine technical science with practical industry experience and prefer learning through doing.	You study an arts subject like English, history, or mathematics alongside teacher training designed for elementary and early middle school classrooms. You complete both a bachelor's degree and teaching credentials in four years instead of five, combining academic courses with education theory and practice teaching. This suits students certain they want to teach their subject to younger students and want to finish their degree and teaching qualification together.	Honours Science is a broad science degree where you choose your major from fields like biology, chemistry, environmental science, computer science, or archaeology.
