What it isPhysics is the study of how matter, energy, and forces work at every scale, from atoms to galaxies. At Ontario Tech, you can do the standard Bachelor of Science in Physics, or combine it with a Business and Management degree if you want to develop skills in both areas. The program includes co-op work terms, letting you apply physics in real jobs alongside your studies. It suits people who want a strong grounding in physics theory and problem-solving, whether or not they're considering business or management later on.This program lets you study how societies, economies, and cultures interact across borders, drawing from fields like history, anthropology, economics, and international development. You'll examine global issues through multiple lenses rather than specializing in one discipline. It suits students curious about world affairs and international problems who want flexibility to explore different approaches before deciding on a deeper focus.A degree in linguistics, language and society teaches you how languages work, how people use them, and what role language plays in culture and society. You'll study subjects like how languages change over time, how brains process speech, and how language connects to history, law, and Indigenous cultures. The iBA version requires you to spend a year studying abroad in a French-speaking environment, giving you immersion in language learning alongside your coursework. This program suits people curious about communication, cultural diversity, and how language shapes human experience.
