You earn a bachelor's degree in education while also becoming certified to teach French-language students in grades 7 through 10. Rather than studying education after your undergraduate degree, you complete both your subject training and teacher certification at the same time. This program suits people who are fluent in French and want to teach junior and intermediate students, particularly in Ontario's French-language schools.	You earn two degrees at the same time: a specialist degree in your subject (like Biology, Chemistry, English, or Geography) and a Bachelor of Education that certifies you to teach grades 7 to 12. Rather than completing your subject degree first and then teacher training separately, you study both subjects and teaching methods side by side from year one.
