What it is	Physical and Health Education teaches you how to teach fitness, sports, and wellness to others, combining exercise science with classroom instruction methods. Unlike a pure sport science degree, this program prepares you specifically for a teaching career, so you'll learn both the biology of movement and how to run a gym class or health class. Kinesiology is the study of human movement, exercise, and sport from biological and physiological angles.
