What it is	Physical and Health Education teaches you how to teach fitness, sports, and wellness to others, combining exercise science with classroom instruction methods. Unlike a pure sport science degree, this program prepares you specifically for a teaching career, so you'll learn both the biology of movement and how to run a gym class or health class. It suits people who enjoy physical activity, want to work with students in schools, and are comfortable explaining fitness concepts to groups.	Kinesiology is the study of how the human body moves and functions during exercise and physical activity. You'll learn anatomy, physiology, and biomechanics alongside sport science to understand muscle, bone, and cardiovascular systems. This program suits students interested in exercise science, athletic performance, or health-related careers who want deeper biological knowledge than general physical education offers.	Kinesiology is the study of human movement, exercise, and sport from biological and physiological angles. You learn how the body works during physical activity, nutrition science, and injury prevention. The co-op option lets you earn work experience in fitness facilities, sports medicine, or health organizations while completing your degree, which suits students who want practical experience alongside classroom learning.	You study how the brain and nervous system work at every level, from molecules and cells to behaviour and disease.
