What it is	Kinesiology is the study of human movement, exercise, and how the body works during physical activity. You learn biology, nutrition, and sport science through lab work and courses. Human kinetics is the study of how the human body moves and functions during exercise, sport, and physical activity. You learn the science behind movement through biology, physiology, and exercise science rather than just coaching technique. The co-op option lets you combine classroom learning with paid work terms at fitness facilities, sports organizations, or health agencies, giving you real experience alongside your degree.	You study psychology combined with applied health sciences — how human behaviour, biology, and social factors shape health and illness. Unlike a straight psychology program, this stream emphasizes practical health applications and the ability to work across healthcare and social systems.
