What it is	Kinesiology is the study of human movement, exercise, and sport from biological and physiological angles. You learn how the body works during physical activity, nutrition science, and injury prevention. The co-op option lets you earn work experience in fitness facilities, sports medicine, or health organizations while completing your degree, which suits students who want practical experience alongside classroom learning.	Political Science at Ontario Tech combines the study of government systems, power, and policy with practical work experience. You'll examine how political institutions function across different countries and explore related areas like law, international development, and social policy. The program includes mandatory co-op work terms, so you alternate between classroom learning and paid positions in government, non-profits, or policy organizations, giving you real-world experience alongside theory.
