Unlike a pure kinesiology degree, this one prepares you directly for careers coaching teams or instructing fitness classes. It suits people who want to work in sports, recreation, or wellness settings and learn both the scientific reasoning and hands-on teaching side.	Kinesiology is the study of human movement, exercise, and sport from biological and physiological angles. You learn how the body works during physical activity, nutrition science, and injury prevention. The co-op option lets you earn work experience in fitness facilities, sports medicine, or health organizations while completing your degree, which suits students who want practical experience alongside classroom learning.	A Biology degree at Glendon lets you study how living things work, from cells and molecules to whole organisms and ecosystems.
