What it isA BBA is a four-year program where you study how organizations work: accounting, finance, management, marketing, and strategy. Unlike a general business degree, you complete a mandatory co-op work term, alternating semesters in school with paid work in a real business setting. This program suits students who want hands-on experience before graduation and plan to move into business roles. This program teaches you how to plan, run, and improve recreation and leisure services — from community programs to sports facilities to wellness initiatives. The therapeutic recreation stream adds training in how to use activity and recreation as treatment for people recovering from injury, illness, or mental health challenges. Co-op is built in, so you'll alternate between study terms and paid work placements in real recreation and health settings.
