What to watch for

This is the direct-entry OUAC code for undergraduate architecture at U of T St. George, run by the John H. Daniels Faculty of Architecture, Landscape, and Design. It's a Bachelor of Arts, not a professional architecture degree — you get a real, licensable architecture credential only later at the Master of Architecture level (second-entry, after this or another undergrad degree). Also note: everyone admitted into TLA starts in the same 'Comprehensive' stream in first year automatically, and only after finishing 8.0 credits in second year can you choose one of the more specialized streams (Design, History & Theory, or Technology of Architecture, Landscape, and Urbanism). Don't confuse this with Visual Studies (TLB), which is a separate, related program in the same faculty but is NOT the architecture-focused one — in fact the calendar explicitly says the Architectural Studies program's own 'Major' option is closed to Architectural Studies students and only open to Visual Studies students, which trips a lot of applicants up.
