- Required Courses:
- ENG4U with a minimum of 60%
- MHF4U or MCV4U
What to watch for
Direct entry at a 70% minimum. Mathematical Physics (RMP) and Mathematical Economics (RME) are separate codes at the same minimum. Trent publishes a minimum, and its own admissions FAQ says 'meeting the minimum does not guarantee admission'. The safety net is real: if you are not admitted to a competitive programme, Trent automatically assesses you for an alternate offer into a similar one, with no second application.
The same application also gets you to
Mathematics is the entry point for 1 other major at Trent. You are not choosing between these at application time.
